Gordon McBeath is Personnel Director of ASDA. He was previously Group Management Development Advisor at BAT Industries Plc. His experience has covered the human resource functions in a variety of industries internationally, plus varied additional responsibilities ranging through business planning, information management, line operations and consulting.
