[F]inancial markets have a key role to play in financing the transition to net zero and adaptation to a changing climate. Janis Sarra's book is a timely contribution that shows how those investments can speed the transition to net zero and reduce financial risks for companies and investors. Dr. Sarra takes existing laws regarding corporate and financial governance and shows how they do not just support, but actually require corporate executives, pension fund
managers, and investors to carefully consider the impact of climate risk on their way of doing business.
