The teaching of biology has been using microphotographs for many years as a substitute for the real world, as a means of making complex and difficult observations in the classroom due to a lack of resources, time and space... However, several researches have revealed the existence of a panoply of difficulties linked to this use, from where the postulate that the image is foundational of learning in a pedagogical situation is verified only under certain conditions.

Im Biologieunterricht werden seit vielen Jahren Mikrofotografien als Ersatz für die reale Welt eingesetzt, um komplexe und schwierige Beobachtungen im Klassenzimmer aufgrund fehlender Ressourcen, Zeit und Raum... Mehrere Untersuchungen haben jedoch gezeigt, dass mit dieser Verwendung eine ganze Reihe von Schwierigkeiten verbunden sind, so dass das Postulat, dass das Bild die Grundlage des Lernens in einer pädagogischen Situation ist, nur unter bestimmten Bedingungen verifiziert werden kann.
