Meet Pelly and Panther. Pelly is a pelican and Panther is his caped crusader side kick Cat. Pelly and Panther live on a closed off beach with other animals in Florida. Pelly and Panther think that they protect the beach from harm but in truth they are the laughing stocks of the beach. Then one day a squirrel floats ashore and warns them about the pirates that are headed their way and are going to sell them as pets.
