Charles R. Graham is Professor of Instructional Psychology and Technology at Brigham Young University, USA. He currently serves as Department Chair.

Susan Ko has spent more than twenty years creating and directing faculty development programs for online teaching at diverse institutions, including City University at New York and University of Maryland University College.

Patsy D. Moskal is the Associate Director for the Research Initiative for Teaching Effectiveness, Center for Distributed Learning, at the University of Central Florida, USA.

Dr. Michelle Pacansky-Brock (@brocansky) is a noted leader in higher education with expertise in online faculty development, course design, and facilitation. Michelle’s work has helped online instructors across the nation and beyond to understand how to craft relevant, humanized online learning experiences that support the diverse needs of college students. She has received national recognition for her excellence in teaching and has held various leadership roles with the Online Learning Consortium and the EDUCAUSE Learning Initiative. Michelle is currently Innovations Lead on the Teaching & Learning Innovations team at California State University Channel Islands and the host of the HumanizED podcast. Anthony G. Picciano is Professor and Executive Officer of the Ph.D. Program in Urban Education at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York, USA.

Jared Stein is Director of Knowledge Resources at Instructure.

Robert Ubell is Vice Dean, Online Learning, at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, where he heads the school’s digital education unit.
