Adcock, PhyllisDr. Adcock is a Professor in the Department of Teacher Education at the University of Nebraska Omaha, where she has taught for 15 years. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Kansas in Curriculum and Instruction, with a minor in Educational Psychology. Phyllis has been in the education profession for 40 years, which include teaching high school in the beginning of her professional career. Dr. Adcock has worked as a administrator for the Kansas State Department of Education. Her main research agendas are human development, learning and the brain, technology and teaching, and college to career transition. Andersen, RuneRune Andersen was born in Haugesund, Norway. He acquired his secondary education teacher with a bachelor's degree and additional courses at Stord/Haugesund University College in 2000, and received his Master of ICT in learning in 2008 from the same place working on the educational use of games. He has worked as a teacher from preschool to University level, and is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of ICT, University of Agder, working with e-learning and gamification and the pedagogy connected to this. He invented the educational role-playing game "Lærelyst" and has written or co-written 5 books related to this. Auby, ChristianChristian Auby acquired his M.Sc. at the University of Agder, Grimstad, Norway in 2009. Before accepting a full time position at the University of Agder, Christian Auby worked in the field of IT security and software development. Auby is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of ICT, University of Agder, Norway, where he brings his industry experience to students studying for their B.Sc. degree. Barstad, VeraVera Barstad was born in Grimstad, Norway. She acquired her B.Sc. and M.Sc. at Agder University College, Norway in 1996 and 2014. Her M.Sc. was on analyzing the quality of student hand-ins in programming classes by using static analysis and machine learning. She has scientific publications and has been working several years in the industry as a system developer. Bjørke, Sven ÅkeSince 2005 Sven Åke Bjørke has worked as Assistant Professor at University of Agder, Department of Global Development and Planning. Sven Åke Bjørke holds a master in e-learning from the Open University, UK. Previously he was the information manager at UNEP/GRID-Arendal, working on international environmental reporting through the UN and sustainable development. Sven Åke Bjørke was awarded the TISIP Prize for innovative E-pedagogy in 2008. He has also worked as a Field Director in Kenya for the Norwegian Save the Children, for the Norwegian volunteer service, and for the Norwegian Refugee Council in Kosovo. Sven Åke Bjørke's field of academic research include E-pedagogy and sustainable development. Conway, David F.David F. Conway is the Associate Dean in the College of Education at the University of Nebraska Omaha (UNO). He serves on the campus-wide, Distance Learning Advisory Committee. The college offers a fully-online Master's degree program in Behavioral Disorders, a blended/hybrid School Library program, and several courses in other undergraduate and graduate programs. His background and training is in special education, specifically in education of children who are deaf/hard of hearing. He directed a distance training program for teachers in a seven state region. He serves as secretary of the Division for Communication Disabilities and Deafness of the International Council for Exceptional Children. Dr. Conway's research interests include Language and literacy development, and math and science learning. Goodwin, MortenMorten Goodwin acquired his B.Sc. and M.Sc. at Agder University College, Norway 2003 and 2005 respectively. He received his Ph.D. from Aalborg University in 2011 with the thesis "Towards Automated eGovernment Monitoring". The Ph.D. was on applying learning algorithms and web-mining techniques on eGovernment indicators which are difficult to Measure automatically. Dr. Goodwin is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of ICT, University of Agder, Norway. Dr. Goodwin's research interests include data-mining, optimization, and machine learning. Additionally, he has several high ranked scientific publications. Hillen, StefanieSince 2009, Dr. Stefanie A. Hillen has been Associate Professor at the Department of Education, University of Agder. She worked as Visiting Professor at Florida State University, US. She has also held a position as Post Doctor at the Department of ICT, Grimstad, where she developed digital learning environments to topics of Integrated Operations. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Education, University of Mainz, Germany. Her research field comprises technology based learning, general didactic, didactic in VET, and comparative education. At the Teacher Training Center, iesbaden, Germany, she fulfilled a full-time two years educational program and received her graduation as teacher for vocational schools with the Subject in ICT, economics and business administration. Isabwe, Ghislain Maurice N.Ghislain Maurice N. Isabwe is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Engineering and Science at the University of Agder. He holds a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Technology from the University of Agder, specializing in interaction design and technology enhanced education. His areas of interest include human-centered design of interactive systems; open, distance and e-learning; visualizations and simulations in mathematics education; gamification of learning and mobile learning. Khazanchi, DeepakDeepak Khazanchi is Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Community Engagement and Internationalization Officer and Professor of Information Systems & Quantitative Analysis in the College of Information Science & Technology at the University of Nebraska Omaha (UNO). His current research and teaching interests are focused in the areas of virtual teams and virtual project management, IT risk management and the application of Philosophy of Science in the IS/IT discipline. Deepak has served as the President of the Midwest United States Association for Information Systems and is the Founding Chair of the AIS Special Interest Group for IT Project Management (http://www.SIGITProjMgmt.org).
