Cancer is one of the deadliest diseases in this society. To overcome this problem, we studied different types of Epigenetic targets which are the root cause for Cancer. Epigenetics is the study of heritable changes in gene regulation that do not involve a change in the DNA sequence or the sequence of the proteins associated with DNA. In our study we have taken the targets as Histone Demethylase and Histone Deacetylase, total of 178 molecules were taken and were screened according to Lipinski Rule of five.
