Petersen, Winton N.

Petersen is the son of two diabetic parents and was considered at risk for contracting the disease. A walking mail carrier for 15 years, possibly saved him from becoming diabetic earlier due to exercise. One year after retirement, he was diagnosed as having Phase II diabetes. After retirement from the Postal Service, he took more sedentary employment, first as a Real Estate Salesperson, and for the past 3 years part time employment for Nielsen Media Research...both desk jobs.
