Milligan, Cedric, Sr.

Milligan has had an interest in health since the age 15. He owned Herb-Life Connection 2000 Health Food store in Los Angeles. He received an Iridologist Certificate from Dr. Paul Goss School of Iridologist. He also studied under Dr. Joyce Willoughby at The Institute of herbal Medicine. Cedric is a personal fitness trainer and health consultant.
