In Part 2, Professor Dryden describes a form of very brief coaching that he has also developed and which he calls 'Very Brief Cognitive Behavioural Coaching' (VBCBC)which can range from one to three sessions. About the author Windy Dryden is Emeritus Professor of Psychotherapeutic Studies at Goldsmiths University of London and is in part-time independent practice.
