Efforts of such business actors as producers, markets and financiers and those from different stakeholders including cooperative structures, government, NGO could allow to adjust the current low performance towards more effective cooperative entrepreneurship. This is an excellent tool in rural development and transformation while it promotes economic growth and poverty reduction.
