Why I created "There's a person inside every dog." My wife Elaine and I have learned that there's a person inside every dog. These personalities are all different and often very funny. We are a funny couple so it's no surprise that our dogs are hilarious. We often say, "You get the dog you deserve." Sure we, the parents, often treat our dogs as part of the family, almost like a child. And, as we all know, parents cannot always predict what will happen with their "child." Elaine and I often speak for MeMe, our beardie who is so funny. We always seem to laugh at virtually everything she does. So when I created these colorful paintings of dogs, I just had to add the text that was "their voice." I needed to give them the personality they deserved. The paintings and text in this little book have a lot of attitude. I'm betting your dog has lots of attitude, too.
