He has a leadership track record and several years of experience in talent management and program management with the United Nations and the nonprofit sector, a demonstrated commitment to community service, and knowledge of organizational development and human resources management. He holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management and Training from University of Leicester, a Master Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University, a Certificate in Human Resource Management from University of South Africa, and a Diploma in Project Management from Ashworth College. He also serves as Country Coordinator of the African Network of Youth Policy Experts to address youth policy issues in the Democratic Republic Congo.
