The Author: Christopher Dorn received his doctorate in religious studies from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The history, theology, and practices of worship in the Reformed churches are the principal areas of his scholarly investigation. He served as a consultant to the Commission on Christian Worship in the Reformed Church in America.
