The book deals with the University Extension process and within this, the Amateur Artists Movement (MAA) subprocess of the "Blas Roca Calderío" campus of the University of Granma. The objective is to elaborate an educational strategy to favor the development of the movement of amateur artists of the University of Granma, which contributes to the artistic participation of students of pedagogical careers. The novelty is determined in the logic to incorporate the extensionist dimension oriented to the artistic participation of students of pedagogical careers, framed in the process of university extension. The application of the contributions in practice evidenced that it is possible to favor the movement of amateur artists as a sub-process of the University Extension process. The usefulness of the foreseen solution is that Higher Education teachers will have a tool that in the theoretical and methodological order will offer the ways to achieve the development of the movement of amateur artists and thus favor the development of the extensionist process at the University of Granma.
