The information contained in this work may assist producers regarding the nutritional requirements of the crop, in the correct quantities and at the correct times. One of the tools used in balancing fertilisers is the nutrient uptake pattern, expressed in the form of curves as a function of plant age. Thus, knowledge of the nutrition and fertilisation of the beetroot plant will allow an increase in productivity and the appropriate management of the crop over the years.
