MIRACLES AND MESSENGERS Suddenly the pen moves in her hand. A gentle voice begins dictating messages about how to find lasting happiness and peace in this world now. These messages refer often to a modern spiritual teaching, A Course in Miracles. In 12 days "Miracles and Messages" is finished, and two additional book-length messages are also dictated within the first 30 days. These messages, says the "guide and friend," are for ordinary people who are ready and willing to go through a gentle and gradual transformation of mind to find lasting peace, as well as realize a sense of security, safety, purpose and meaning that brings hope, joy, gratitude and freedom to everyone who is willing to listen and accept the teaching. Between June 1 and December 25, 1988, six book-length messages are given to the "secretary," and they have now come to light, beginning with "Miracles and Messengers." Schueller says, "I have been told now is the time. It is critical. More people need to hear this." She explains the teachings have been updated in 2014 by the guide, who calls himself, "Compassion, Peace and Love," and for those who still have concerns after taking "Miracles and Messengers" to heart, the next message, in question-and-answer form, will address those questions. "Miracles and Messengers" is open to all, to those who are searching for a path to greater insight and a new way of seeing, leading to clarity and a gradual "resurrection" of mind, as well as to those who are students of A Course in Miracles already, and those who would like to review basic spiritual principles to enrich their experience as they follow that Course or other Paths they are on. "It is my intention," says this angel guidance, "to give you information about A Course in Miracles in order that people will be able to understand it better." He goes on to say, "Even if you never read the Text of that Course, this you must know in your heart: you, yourself, are a miracle and your worth can never be erased, because you are as God created you. This is true even if you do not believe in God, for in the core of every man and woman there is a belief in Creation, the Innocent Self that you are." This message quotes often from A Course in Miracles: "Deep within you is everything that is perfect, ready to radiate through you and out into the world." However, this out-of-time Teacher assures us that for many "Miracles and Messengers," alone will be sufficient, offering beginning students an ascending awareness that can open into "holy instant" experiences which will bring a new spirit and certainty about who we are and what our purpose is. At times "Compassion, Peace and Love" highlights traditional references in scripture and offers intriguing interpretations. This new perspective challenges certain dogmas and traditions, keeps the reader alert and declares that a new way of seeing will bring changes in the world we see that we cannot even imagine. Here is a message relevant to both willing and skeptical minds. We are challenged to open ourselves to new ideas, to "accept and allow," but not to follow blindly. What if we could accept and see that what we believed in the past has no meaning? What if, from a new way of seeing that arises from our own experience, there is no sin, no suffering, no death-and, in a manner of speaking-no external world? What if our minds can resurrect and then ascend out of the "tomb" of our limited thinking? What if the words Jesus reportedly spoke to his apostles, echoed by many master teachers, are true? "You can do what I have done." What if the saying, "the only time this can happen is now" does contain a profound Call to awaken? "Miracles and Messengers" offers us a path to an awakening awareness of what is possible in our own individual lives, as well as in our relationships with others, an experience of healing and wholeness that will leave us happy, healthy, grateful and wholly joyous-here, in this life, now.
