Those standards are still in force today. "Measuring Up" is a book about how to discern whether or not Jesus is pleased with us. The goal of this book is to encourage readers to examine their lives in light of the specific "metrics" laid out by Jesus in Rev. 2 and 3, to persevere in the right things, to repent of the wrong things, and to know by conviction and experience that He is Lord.
