Intestinal microbiocenosis disorders (dysbiosis) is a common pathological condition, especially in diseases of gastrointestinal tract, for example, in such widespread disease as chronic gastroduodenitis associated with Helicobacter pylori. In the presented work pathogenetic mechanisms of interrelation between H. pylori and intestinal microflora disturbances are investigated, special features of intestinal dysbiosis in patients with chronic gastroduodenitis associated with H. pylori as well as questions of treatment of this group of patients are evaluated. Commonness of mechanisms of development of gastric Helicobacteriosis and intestinal dysbiosis is confirmed by the established in this work relation between virulence of strains, degree of H. pylori infestation of gastric mucosa and severity of intestinal microbiocenosis disorders, as well as by the fact that drugs improving state of intestinal microbiocenosis (probiotics), in complex eradication therapy contribute to achieving higher percent of effective eradication of H. pylori.
