The present volume reports the findings for the subsequent decade.It is particularly useful to have a longitudinal research project that analyses the changes in participation schemes. There is much that is commendable in this work. By conceptually mapping the macro domain of industrial democracy, a valuable foundation has been laid by these authors for further sociological study of workplace decision making ... replication research is very rare is worthy of admiration and emulation ... there is much that can be derived from this work to inspire further study.
