Each general location of a wound is accompanied by an examination of relevant anatomy, including blood supply, nerve supply, arc of rotation of the tissue, and local flap options. Following a description of the anatomy, subsequent paragraphs explain the application of relevant local flap options. Section two incorporates flap demonstration and application into each chapter, offering a more detailed description, true and specific to each anatomical site of the technique.
