With a degree in Language and Literature from the Catholic University of Peru, textile designer specialising in native fibres and consultant, she has dedicated the last twenty years to her research. She has published "Del ritual a la moda, la textilería peruana en el mercado global" (2009) and "Lambayeque, algodón nativo y artesanía textil" (2016).
