From 2012, Mali experienced the most serious crises in its history, following which atrocities committed caused massive displacement inside and outside the country. Aid provided to relieve the victims of these crises has been mismanaged, thus minimizing its impact. Thus, for better management, we recommended a new management system for emergency humanitarian activities allowing real involvement of national actors in terms of initiative, contributions and actions.

Samake, SeydouBorn in 1978, Mr. Seydou SAMAKE holds a master's degree in Anthropology, an MBA in Administration and Business Management. He taught in primary and secondary (2004-2006) before working as an Animator, Coordinator in NGOs (2007-2018). Since March 2018, he has been a student planner at the National School of Administration.
