Prior to the Northridge earthquake in the United States, structural designers and implementers used steel bending frame systems to construct and equip buildings. And the areas near the junction of the beam to the column, thought of using fittings in steel structures, which over time, these fittings have progressed on a daily basis, in terms of technology and performance criteria. One of the types of fittings that are widely used in steel structures is RBS fittings, which are also due to the changing needs of different types of structures, such as the construction of high-rise structures, as well as increasing terrorist attacks and explosive loads of different nature. From other types of loads in the structure, required changes in their structure, which by making the necessary changes in their structural system, a new connection called AWRBS was created, which is a connection with the ability to depreciate the forces at a very high level. RBS is inspired.
