Since the operating agencies and the localities themselves are responsible for the operation and maintenance of these plants, there are several problems: they cease to operate due to lack of knowledge, lack of resources since there is still no charge for the treatment service, or lack of dedicated and trained personnel.In recent years, Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP) have been built in the State, but to date there is no systematic inventory of them. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out this inventory in order to determine the current situation of these plants, which will allow us to know what treatment system they operate with, the conditions in which they are found, and to determine the reuse of treated water, among other characteristics.
