In this new era, noise pollution is very high. The one reason for this noise pollution is noise or sound which is generated by the exhaust system of the motorbike. So, it is necessary to reduce the noise from the motorbike's exhaust. In this, reverse engineering of the original silencer are done and analyzed, then three modification model of the silencer are prepared and analyzed, and as per the results, one modified silencer is selected forward for manufacturing. After the fabrication of the silencer, two tests are conducted. First, the test is conducted with the original silencer and then with the modified silencer. From that data, the transmission loss of original and modified silencers is calculated and compared it. From that, it is found that noise is reduced up to 5 DB, and it is less than 100. Also, the flow velocity of exhaust gas in the original silencer and modified silencer are measured. In that, it is concluded that the flow of modified is increased by 11% to the original silencer, and the PUC of the modified silencer is checked, and it is limited as per the PUC norms.
