The leaves, the pulp of the fruit and the seeds are all used and are essential wild-gathered food. Such foods play a significant role in preparation of traditional dishes and as a source of food during time of scarcity and famine.In my research, I investigated and analyzed the packaging materials and storing temperature and its effects in which both chemical and microbial quality of dry fruits (adansonia digitata).
