Dyes are an important class of pollutants, and can even be identified by the naked eye. Disposal of dyes in precious water resources must be avoided, however, and for that various treatment technologies are in use. Among various methods adsorption and biodegradation process occupies a prominent place in dye removal. In the present work, it has been deepened in the treatment of dyes in aqueous solution by means of the use of adsorption and biodegradation process, whose results could broaden the applications of wastewater treatment to the great benefit of various industries.
