It is precisely this shock that springs up through the expression of his works: either he informs, or reacts for or against, or finally, he brings solutions to the problems of his time.This novel attracted our attention because it addresses African social realities in general and Congolese in particular, such as: war (struggle), death, love ... which we are confronted daily.By basing our work on the work of Valentin Mudimbe V.Y. and particularly on the novel Between the Waters, we want to pay a deserved tribute to this worthy son of the country and icon of African and Congolese literature whose works give food for thought, but also and always in the same perspective arouse the scientific curiosity of researchers to conduct other studies on these works.

Kabongo, André Mr. A. Kabongo, Congolese by birth, was born on 10/04/1996, in the province of ex Kasai Occidental (Mweka). He is currently a graduate in Applied Pedagogy, section of Letters and Humanities, Department of French and African Languages of the Higher Pedagogical Institute of Mwene-Ditu (Congo Kinshasa).
